@ 만드는방법
1. 핫케익믹스 1컵과 계란 1개, 물 반컵을 넣고 반죽을 만들어주세요
2. 예열된 후라이팬에 기름을 두르고 최대한 얇게 반죽을 부어주세요
3. 겉면이 어느정도 익었다면 뒤집어주세요
4. 망고를 잘라 과육만 따로 준비해주세요
5. 랩을 깔고 그 위에 핫케익을 올린 뒤 생크림을 적당히 발라주세요
6. 분리해둔 망고 과육을 넣고 돌돌 말아준 뒤 랩으로 감싸주세요
7. 망고크레이프가 풀리지 않도록 랩으로 꽉꽉 눌러가면서 말아주세요
8. 꽁꽁 싸맨 망고크레이프는 냉동실에서 약 2시간동안 생크림을 굳혀주세요
TIP) 최대한 얇게 만들어줘야 망고를 잘 감쌀 수 있어요
TIP) 생크림을 너무 많이 넣으면 구멍으로 새어나오니 적당히 넣어주세요
